Anytype iOS 0.44 – Due Date selector does not save changes

WHAT IS THE BUG

After updating to iOS version 0.44 of the Anytype app, the Due Date field can no longer be changed. The date‑picker menu opens correctly and a new date can be selected, but the selection is not saved. The previously set due date (e.g., “Today”) remains unchanged.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

  1. Open the Anytype app on an iOS device running version 0.44.

  2. Navigate to a task or item that has a Due Date assigned.

  3. Tap the Due Date field to open the date‑picker menu.

  4. Choose a different date from the calendar (e.g., select tomorrow’s date).

  5. Confirm the selection (close the picker).

  6. Observe that the displayed due date does not update; it stays at the original value.

  7. ᅟI was able to provide a video capture of the bug:

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a user selects a new date from the date‑picker and confirms the choice, the Due Date field should update immediately to reflect the chosen date. The new date should be persisted and displayed correctly across app sessions.

I’ve seen several comments about this issue but couldn’t locate an existing bug report, so I created one. As it stands, the app’s task functionality is practically unusable. Thank you for reviewing it!
