This is a standard widget when some Set is selected as the source. In my example, it is a set of professional concepts and acronyms.
I’ve now further investigated the cause and found out that the lexicographical order was inherited from the View I selected in the widget dropdown, and if I change the sorting by creation date in that View, the changes are reflected in the widget as well.
But if this makes sense in the Set itself (it’s always easier to look at a sorted set by name), then in the widget I’d like to see sorting by date added without duplicating the existing View with only one difference in sorting.
I don’t know how difficult this would be to develop, if it is then I’ll just create a new View and use it in the widget, no big deal)
