0.55.4 - Unable to scroll Remote Storage list

This bug was fixed last year, but it has resurfaced:

What’s The Bug? When i access User menu → Remote Storage, and i scroll, sometimes it jumps back to the beginning, and when i scroll and select an object, it scrolls back to the beginning, so i need to scroll all the way down again to select another object. Then it goes all the way up top, and i have to scroll down again to select another object. WHAT IS THE BUG

It is not possible to scroll the Remote Storage list, neither via scroll bar nor via mouse wheel. The list page always jumps to the top.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

1. Go to Vault - Preferences - Remote Storage
2. Try to scroll down the list of items
3. The page will always jump to the top while you scroll
