When using the "is on or before" filter, objects without dates no longer show up

This change may very well be intentional.

In 0.42.8 and before, when filtering on a relation, if that property was not set for an object, it was still displayed. I’m not sure of what the rules was.

Seems like this was indeed intentional, and this is how it’s supposed to work from now on.
