It might be a bit cumbersome, but you can batch edit properties if they have similar values. Try make queries of all objects filtering all “stakeholders” properties you have, then decide which one you want to keep. This way you can see the values stored in the distinct property, then you can fill it up the way you want.
Other than that, FR Merge feature for relations or Merge, Split and refract objects should serve you well.
