I’m getting the following warning while installing Anytype. It would be great if the devs could get the app verified!

The following splash screen appears while installing Anytype with the Microsoft Defender active (Windows 10), which makes the installation process one step longer. To reproduce, simply install the provided Anytype .exe file, you’ll get the same warning.

**Expected behavior**
The setup should progress in a standard fashion, with the splash screen showing that it is a verified publisher.

**System Information:**

- OS: Windows 10 Home version 21H2
- Device Manufacturer/Model: Dell Inspiron
- Anytype Version: 0.26.1

Hi @darshan, that’s interesting! I don’t this I’ve heard anyone else getting this message (which of course doesn’t mean it didn’t happen for some people). Do you experience this with other app installs as well? It could maybe also be a setting (like UAC) that many people turn off to suppress these kinds of messages 😉

Hi @darshan did you figure out what caused this panic on your WIndows machine?
