The windows Download is not working
Yes, I have experienced the same issue. As a work-around, you can right-click and open the link in a new tab which then will successfully trigger the download.

If you’re using Windows 10, without latest microsoft defender updates, then you might see a flag or be prevented from downloading the software. Usually there’s an option to “download anyway”.
