Where did my Type go?! Why does it figure as "DELETED"?

EDIT: BUG MAY BE CANCELED,

  • Anytype component Electron 23 no longer supports Windows 7/8/8.1.
  • that said, all bugs relating Win7 are no longer a surprise.

WHAT IS THE BUG
I open Anytype on Windows 10 computer, create nodes and new TYPEs, all normal, ok. Then I go to another computer, running Anytpe on Windows 7, and my newly-created type figure as “deleted type”?!

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

  1. run Anytype on Window 10
  2. creat new Type and some nodes or Sets on it
  3. go to another PC, running Windows 7
  4. try to find the nodes or sets you just created
  5. you will find them ther but under “type: DELETED”, and a popup box telling you to go to the MARKETPLACE toreinstall it… dunnowhat that is

EDIT: situation is in fact worse than I found.

  • I assumed that I would find my custom Type intact on any Win10-running-PC, but I am wrong. Running on Windows10, version 22H2, Types were gone, under that popup saying that I shoud “go to the Marketplace”.
Types ok AFTER UPGRADING TO Anytpe 0.35.27-beta
  • I’ll come back later when I can get to that one other PC where those types were created… :frowning:

I have the exact identical problem.
All of my default relation page remained intacted, but custom relation & custom objects all appear “deleted” with the popup “Please check your Installed Types & Relations Some Objects in this Set use Types or Relations that have been removed from your Space. Visit the Marketplace to re-install these entities and continue using your Set.”

The pages are still there, but without object type and relations. This would be quite disastrous since I have so much custom objects and relations.

Please share your technical details for both of your Windows devices.
