Vertical scrolling - Swiping at row header is not starting a scroll in a set

Describe the bug

In a set: scrolling down(or up) is not happening, when starting on the object-title or on the relations-title-row.

With grid-view.

Scrolling left and right when starting the swipe in the “relations-title-row” works though

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. Go to ‘Sets’
    1. Click on ‘A Set’
    1. Scroll down until you see the ‘relations-title-row’ of that set
    1. Start a swipe up or down, starting on the ‘realtions-title-row’

Expected behavior

To scroll down or up. But thats not happening.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Android 9
  • Version: 0.2.7-alpha (0.15.32)

This is still reproducing in v0.6.1. But I do think this one should be of low priority because everyone usually scrolls by swipping the middle of the screen and not at the top where the set row header is present
