#### WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

_Freeze the Top Header of the Recycle Bin Page so you can scroll down through thousands of items without having to scroll back up inefficiently to take action on selected items_

#### HOW COULD IT BE DONE?

_Just make the Header of Recycle Bin Page Frozen in place, so that it doesn’t move._

#### REAL WORLD USE CASES

_Allows efficiently selecting items and taking action on them without having to scroll up and down._
