Use Page-Emojii as Callout-Emoji or don't use Page-Emoji in links

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND

I like to use the text-style “callout” for links. Just one link styled as “callout”. I want the callout to have an emoji (let’S say an apple). I also want my page to have an emoji (also an apple) and I want this emoji appear in the graph view (which it does at the moment, as soon as the page has an emoji).

Unfortunately the callout style uses a seperate emoji and when I link a page within this callout the emoji of the page get’s displayed as well (see “:apple::apple: Ernährung”)

HOW COULD IT BE DONE

I’d like the text-style “Callout” to use the emoji of the Page.
OR
I’d like links to not show the emoji of the page.
Or
I’d like Callouts to not have an emojii

REAL WORLD USE CASES

I use callouts with links as kind of “Buttons” to other pages. Simply using another text-style and a colored background doesn’T look as good because there is no maring around the text.

RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVES

Could it be possible to let users style their own text-style with CSS for example?

Have you considered using the card preview and changing the background color?

This looks great. I haven’t stumbled upon “cards” before. How can I use them?

I found these instructions (link) but already failed to find “Appearance” :slightly_frowning_face:

Just change the layout to card instead of text. You will need to use a block link (/link) instead of an inline mention (@).
