### What do you need help with?

I was invited to a space and I’m logged into my vault on Android, no problem. I downloaded the desktop version and have tried many times to use my key from the mobile version to access my vault on desktop. It appears to be endlessly loading. My key is accepted, but the … just blinks on and on.

I tried renaming the data folder, as recommended in a previous post, but it didn’t help.

Hey, if renaming your data folder didn’t work, please try running the [AnySync Netcheck](https://github.com/anyproto/any-sync-tools/blob/main/any-sync-network/README.md#any-sync-network) tool and share the results with us.

Additionally, our engineers will need the accountSelect trace to troubleshoot the issue. The next time the app gets stuck, click Debug \> Process in the menu bar and send us the trace file from that folder.
