[UI] [Windows] App doesn't resize to small from fullscreen mode if I drag it away

Describe the bug
If I use the Windows app in fullscreen mode and try to drag it away from the fullscreen mode to reduce its size (like any other app) I cannot drag it at all. This does not happen when it is not in fullscreen mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the Windows app
  2. Maximize the window with the button on the top right of the app
  3. Try dragging the app away from its top bar to reduce the size again back to not maximized - cannot drag the app from the top bar

Expected behavior
The app should be able to be dragged from the top bar to exit full screen mode.

System Information:

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Device Manufacturer/Model: ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14
  • Anytype Version: 0.22.1

@Thank you for your notice! We haven’t implemented this yet, but plan to do that in the future

Technically this bug was mainly related to the fact that previously the maximized mode was bugged and acted partially as a fullscreen mode.

So for me this bug is solved, thanks to the v0.24.0 update!
