When you want to create (e.g. a new Object) almost at the bottom of the window, part of the UI is cut off and goes below the application window. It’s not possible to scroll down in the pop-up window or to scale anytype down (with ctrl +).

Workaround:
Create the new Object, or whatever you want, somewhere else higher in the document and move it then to the desired place.
