Top menu bar not displayed

Describe the bug
When the software interface is small, the top menu bar will not be displayed. I can’t return to the main page.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Dasboard
2. Make window small
3. Click “+” to create a new object

Expected behavior
The top menu bar is always displayed and automatic setting ‘open as object’ button.

System Information:

• OS: win10
• Device Manufacturer/Model:
• Anytype Version:0.25.0

I can confirm that, it also happened to me yesterday.
I added the “Steps to reproduce” to your post, which are the fastes way the team can confirm the bugs.
