Syncing

Hi - I have a Macbook, which is my primary machine on which I had installed anytype. I had also installed anytype using Testflight on my iPad Pro. The system configurations of both are given below. I created some objects on my iPad. They are both on the same Wi-Fi network. However, I cannot see these objects on anytype on my MacBook. I do not have any way to force sync. Is there someway in which I can sync them?

SYSTEM INFORMATIONS 1:
OS: MacOS Ventura
Device: M1 MacBook Pro
Anytype Version: 0.29.1

SYSTEM INFORMATIONS 2:
OS: iOS 16.1
Device: M2 iPad Pro (12.9)
Anytype Version: 0.18.0

When I force close the iPad app and reopen it another sync is usually started. This is useful when it objects created on desktop doesn’t show up on iPad as well.

Seeing sync problems between Android and iPad, mainly that new objects created on the former don’t appear on the latter – UNLESS I favorite them.

UPDATE: Taking this back for now. It seems that objects only appear in the Recent tab only on the device where they were edited, not on all devices. But they do appear in the appropriate sets (My Notes, Task Tracker), indicating that they successfully synced. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hi, thanks very much. It did not work.

Yes, it worked for me. Thank you. Sync was instantaneous once I favorited them. But this will clutter my “favorites” tab and it will lose relevance.
