Support any date, BC and AD (or BCE/CE)

(I was keeping this one for later, but since we’ve been talking a lot about dates, here you go.)

Some people might need a more flexible/robust date system, for historical or geological events - this means dates before and after year zero (BC, AD).

Currently AT seems to only support recent dates (the UI suggests you can pick anything from year zero, but picking dates before 1900 seems buggy and inconsistent).

I prefer the use of BCE/CE (Before the Common/Current Era) but indeed, it would be nice.

Good point. Would be nice to have the option to choose/convert as needed.
