copy pate images - annotate on clipboard images - the annotate could in theory be used as a link feature as stated in the webinar today.
Copy image - Crop to size - annotate on the image or PDF - good way to reference.

There is a web clipper planned to be implemented in Q3 of 2023. Check it out here Web clipper · Issue #22 · anyproto/roadmap · GitHub. Not sure if this would be totally what you are looking for, but it would have similar functionality and is official planned to be a feature in the future.
