I have been “using” Anytype for personal use and class/course notes and assignments. I am wanting to organize everything, but I am having trouble deciding whether to add links to related objects (ex: adding a link to an assignment in a course object) or connecting via relations (ex: having an assignment have a relation that links to a course). Is one of these ways better than the other? Does using one make the graph look worse than the other? What about using Sets? Do they ruin the graph? When should I use them over collections?

Hi @hackysphere! This post has answers to a lot of your questions [How to organise my Anytype?](https://community.anytype.io/t/how-to-organise-my-anytype/11872)
The short answer - sets don’t show connections in the graph, but collections or links do. Relations are better if you want more sorting/filtering options.
