Shift + Tab to move back in document drops the line below the indended block

Describe the bug
When you press enter to create a line and the cursor is next to the unindented line, the line will move down one and tab over/indent. Pressing shift tab for that line, instead of moving it back to left justified in the document, left justifies it but places it below the tabbed-over block

To Reproduce

  1. Open object
  2. Generate one base level line of text
  3. Generate a block of indented text below it
  4. Press enter to create new line above un-tabbed line
  5. Press shift+enter to tab newly indented line back

Expected behavior
Line should return to left justification

@beomulf Hi! Did you mean shift + tab in the five step? Shift + enter creates a line break

Yep! Sorry about that
