Selection jumps to top in popup mode

Describe the bug

Whenever I select something that is not at the top, the page will jump all the way to the top.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. Open a page that is NOT expanded, but just a popup
    1. Scroll to the bottom
    1. Select something

Expected behavior

I expect to select the text in the row I am in

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Device: Alienware M17 r4
  • Version: 0.18.59
