Selecting multiple toggle blocks and expand/collapse all levels simultaneously

I have a nested toggle block list.
Toggle blocks within toggles.
There should be a way to expand/collapse all the levels of such nested toggles simultaneously.
Select all required blocks and then a option in popup menu to expand/collapse all nested toggles
