Scroll Bar in Windows App hard to reach

WHAT IS THE BUG

The right scroll bar is hard to grab with the mouse. It seems to be only one pixel wide or so. I’m able to get the cursor to resize the window but not to use the scroll bar.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

Try to grab the right scroll bar with the mouse to scroll up or down.

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Make it easier to grab the scroll bar with the mouse.

Yes, being a Windows user I can definitely agree with this. The scollbar is fine when the window is maximized, but when the window is minimized (not filling the entire screen) the resize controls get in the way because the scrollbar is too small to grab.
