"Picture" block is inserted on line below cursor

WHAT IS THE BUG

When adding a “picture” block on “iOS” it’s not inserted on the line the cursor is, but below.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Place the block on the same line with the cursor.
