Describe the bug

Page operations icon clips over the scroll bar on post-creation hovering page view.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. Go to existing page.
    1. Create a new page.

Expected behavior

The icon (the 3 dots) should not display over scroll bar.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Device: Desktop
  • Version: 0.16.1

Still an issue for me in v0.16.7.0! If you add a cover image it becomes super obvious that the title bar thing is not anchored above the popup page.

@bluatruli The issue appears to be fixed in my case. Can you post a screenshot?
