Often we have identically named Objects.
There may be 20 different pictures “Eiffel Tower” from your trip to Paris and so on.
That causes a problem if we want to insert a Link to such an Object in a text Block.
We can not differentiate the entries in the Object selector box.

#### WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Show the Object’s description. For example as Tooltip, while the mouse hovers over an entry in the selector box.

#### HOW COULD IT BE DONE?

See above.

#### REAL WORLD USE CASES

As already described.

#### RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVES

–

#### ADDITIONAL CONTEXT

Btw.: A right click in that selector box does at the moment the same thing as a left click.
– That makes no sense!
If it doesn’t make too much effort, I would wish, that a right click gives us a preview of that Object.
I believe, at least for pictures should that not be much work.

> WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND If you have multiple objects of the same type with the same name, you have a problem: [image] What is needed is some way to instruct Anytype about what additional pieces of information should be displayed in contexts like these to help users choose the correct object. HOW COULD IT BE DONE Right now it’s possible to star certain relations in a type so that they are displayed in a privileged position in the header when the object is viewed. The very simplest solution simpl…
