It sounds like you’re experiencing a crash while using Anytype on your Samsung Galaxy A01. Crashes can occur due to various reasons such as compatibility issues, software bugs, or device-specific issues. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Check for updates: Ensure that both Anytype and your device’s operating system are up to date. Developers often release updates to fix bugs and improve compatibility.
  2. Clear app cache and data: Go to Settings > Apps > Anytype, then tap on “Storage” and select “Clear cache” and “Clear data.” This can resolve issues caused by corrupted data or temporary files.
  3. Restart your device: Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve temporary glitches or issues causing the app to crash.
  4. Reinstall the app: Uninstall Anytype from your device and reinstall it from the Google Play Store. This can help fix any corrupted installation files.
  5. Contact support: If the issue persists, reach out to Anytype’s support team for assistance. They can provide further troubleshooting steps or escalate the issue if it’s a known bug.
  6. Check for device compatibility: Confirm that your Samsung Galaxy A01 meets the minimum system requirements for running Anytype. Some apps may not be compatible with certain devices due to hardware limitations.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to wait for a software update from Anytype or seek further assistance from their support team.
