Make deleting blocks easy with keyboard – just open Action Menu + Delete

Is your feature request related to a problem?
When deleting blocks, I want it to be fast. Right now the fastest way seems to click

  1. open Action Menu (click image or Ctrl + /,

  2. click Delete image. or press ↓ 4 times (too many!) and Enter

Right now it doesn’t work, because the cursor is in Filters actions… and using Delete button would act in this textbox.

Describe the solution you’d like
I want the Delete button to be able to delete a block right after opening Action Menu. I want to to also

Give us a real world use case for this feature
I am going through a page, cleaning it up. I mark s block and just press Delete to get rid of it.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Maybe a keyboard shortcut to directly delete the whole block? It’s not optimal, because if I’m just scrolling through the page I still need to mark/click on the exact block first.

Additional context
Notion does this right. You can click Action Menu button/press Ctrl + / and press Delete to delete it immediately. When the textbox is empty (even when you type in there and delete what you typed) Delete serves to immediately remove the block.
