Left to right slider not visible until scrolled to the end of rows in large sets

WHAT IS THE BUG

Reporting an inconvenience while using sets. In long sets, I can’t see the bottom left-right slider unless I scroll down to the bottom of the set. This makes seeing the columns at the far right difficult. I can still move the set left-right with a touch pad but not with a mouse, unless I first scroll down to the lower end of the table.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The lower right-left scroll bar will be visible at the bottom of the screen. It won’t be necessary to scroll to the end of a set to move the set left to right and see the column at the right end.

Hello! I have updated to 0.31.0. And It is still an issue. I have attached a video. Hope this helps.
