Kanban Bug - unexpected reordering of tiles

WHAT IS THE BUG

When moving tiles on the kanban view, the ordering of tiles change even if I don’t actually move them (better explained with the GIF below). I click-drag and drop the tile back to where I had selected it from, but it re-orders the tiles in that stack.

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Re-ordering of tiles should only occur if I drag-drop to new column or below the target tile in an existing column.
But if I drag-drop and just put it back to where I am dragging from, it shouldn’t re-order the tiles in that stack

I confirm on mac 12.6 and V0.29 :
