Inconsistent time in Page History page

Describe the bug
Time displayed on top of the page in the history view is different from the one that is displayed in the history timeline panel

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any page
  2. Click on Page History
  3. Select a version

Expected behavior
The time displayed at both the places to be in same format

System Information:

  • OS: Fedora
  • Anytype Version: 0.22.1

Can’t reproduce it on latest internal version. Please check it after release (~ 29.08) and feel free to open new bug report if needed
