In Kanban view, group by Assignee doesn't appear

Assignee relation (human type?) does not appear in “group by” while en Kanban view.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

1. Add assignee realtion in the grid view and feel data if needed.
2. Switch to Kanban
3. Try to select assignee relation in the “group by”… but is not there.

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should be visible and selectable.

Object relation types can’t currently be selected for group by in kanban boards. Only status and tag relation types are selectable.

I hope this is temporary…

This questions all this type thing… if you can have different tags-relations (for humans e.g.). The only advantge of types is the possibility to use templates?

Edit. I am really interested in knowing if this is going to happen in the near future. Otherwise I have to rethink my database structure.

Not sure if it was confirmed anywhere, but there is a very high chance that there are plans to implement this.
Keep in mind that grouping is currently not supported outside of the board view.
