I am attempting to import a zip file of multiple Markdown files (about 2,700 files). When I do, Anytype tells me it succeeded at importing the file, but no files appear.
HOW TO REPRODUCE IT
File > Import
Choose Markdown
Select zip file from file browser
Click ‘Open’ to import file
Anytype modal appears: “The import process is complete! Now the data is yours. You will find the imported objects in your favorite collection.”
I expected Anytype would extract my Markdown files from the zip, then display them to me in the app. But when I view My Notes, or even All Objects, I do not see my Markdown notes.
ADDITIONAL CONTEXT
Filip Bozicevic assisted me with this problem via email, and I was unable to successfully execute his recommended solutions.

After importing a zip file from an Obsidian vault, I am unable to query pages in sets, the Graph does not display any content, and I am unable to create new pages.
HOW TO REPRODUCE IT
File > Import … select Markdown and select a zip file
THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Everything should be running smoothly, just with a few additional imported markdown pages.
ADDITIONAL CONTEXT
Most of my Obsidian files are in Chinese, and after importing them, I see that some of the titles in the “Recently Edit” section have turned into garbled characters. However those pages cannot be opened, and when I click into the “Recently Edit” section it’s empty.
Hey @arroway78, have you found a solution yet? I posted this issue in another post here, and a great community member replied to me with a method that actually solved this issue for me. I’ll just leave a link here for your information.
