Image filter doesn't show images

WHAT IS THE BUG

The default set Everything Media tab should show all objects of types Audio|File|Image|Video based on the supplied filter.
However, comparing this with the list produced by selecting Library, and, for example, Image it is clear that the Everything Set is incomplete. It showed no images only one default video and my imported files.

Creating a new view with just an Object Type= Image filter, produced the same lack of images.

HOW TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to supplied Everything set
  2. Click on Media tab
  3. compare what is shown with the following.
  4. ᅟClick on Library
  5. Click on Images
  6. See a long list of images.

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

I would expect to see all objects of the type specified in the filter.

Also tried it on MacOS Ventura, same version with same result.
