I forgot to save my seed phrase,how can I retrieve my seed phrase?

Are you using macos? I think it will be stored in Keychain Access if you use this.

if you have anytype logged in anywhere then you can find it in settings
if you no longer have it then send an email to support@anytype.io and we will send you a new invite code
