I can't get *any* blocks to go into columns

I can’t get any blocks to align themselves next to each other like this:

Every time I try, the block snaps back to it’s vertical position

For example

I want the image next to the pages but it doesn’t stay in place.

Horizontal layout works on 0.16.4, Windows 10. It doesn’t work on 0.16.7 though.

To elaborate on this, all block move operations now seem to be broken on the latest Windows version, 0.16.7. Have tried restarting Anytype.

Meanwhile block move is working on Android.
