There are too many useless Settings here,I’m very troubled.
How can I delete them?
In addition, how can I delete the relationship I added?
This is bothering me as well. I don’t think there is an option to remove them. It’s quite annoying, since so many options are added by default that are only for specific use cases and that I would never need.
But I’m sure the Anytype team will add a way to clean up relations in the future, and until then I just ignore them as much as possible.

You can go to Library → Relations and delete them.
Some are locked. And it’s one by one for all other.
