Graph view filled with deleted notes

Was not sure whether this falls into bug reports so im gonna post it here.

My graph view is filled with all the pages that I have deleted from the time I started using anytype and it’s incredibly annoying and cumbersome to deal with.

I only have one set that I’m using as a test set and it only has one object, a book entry.
