Global Search - Arrow up does not work

Describe the bug

When placing the coursor in the place, where the dropdown menu opens, when pressing ctrl+s and then actually pressing ctrl +s, the dropdown automatically selects the result, where the cursor is placed.

In the first place I think, that shouldnt be happening, the first result should be default.

But worse is, that from the selected entry you cant get higher with the arrow keys, just down.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. Place cursor in the place where the global search dropdown opens.
    1. press ctrl+s
    1. Try going up with the arrow up button

Expected behavior

The behaviour of the search should be indepent of the coursor except when the mouse is moved to select an entry.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows
  • Version: 0.18.59

In the video you see me, placing the coursor then going a few entries down and trying to go back up then.

Hey, the bug is still present for me on 0.24.0.
