This exists by default in Discourse but I believe @Vova removed it for a cleaner look. So you can see if he’ll reconsider.
Solved plugin is in place and working. It is only enabled in certain categories.
Bizarre, I use all of those as well. You know, it reminds me of a bug I saw on the official Discourse forum (known as “Meta”), but only in the new chat plugin that is in alpha. All the text there was bold for me as well. But it got fixed recently, or rather it fixed itself… or something. I think it might have been a Chrome update, I’m really not sure. Anyway since we haven’t had any other reports of it and I can’t reproduce it, I don’t really know what I can do to try to address it. Since you have a workaround I’d say just stick with that for now. If we get more reports perhaps we can figure out what the commonality is and address it.
Regarding the “solved” status.
Is there a way a user can see only the “not solved” threads he opened?
Would make it easier for users to sometimes go through there open requests/reports and check if its still needed/a problem.
You may find that you see some older topics that have a “solved” tag but are not marked as Solved with the plugin. You can feel free to mark a reply as a Solution in those cases. That will help clean up remnants of the old forum.
We’re going to close this topic as it mainly referred to migration-related issues. If you find a new issue with the forum or want to request a tag, etc. you can just open a new topic in Features or Bugs with the #Forum tag.
