#### WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND

I want to filter a set to show only objects from a specific collection.

User case :
I have a collection (so, a database).
I want to add some view of this database in a page.
But actually, I can’t have something clean.

- If I use Collection : I have the same title (collection title) and I cannot change or hide it.
- If I use set : I cannot filtrer easily to only show objet of my collection.

To build something fine and clean, I need to to filter to show only objects from a specific collection, and without displaying the title (or being able to modify it, which is only possible when using a set).

#### HOW COULD IT BE DONE

Add a filter on set : **Source** → **choose a Collection** (or many, like Notion now)

It can also help with other requests, as the issue of data separation is quite present in the subjects.

#### REAL WORLD USE CASES

Cleaner creation of dashboards, multiple views of a collection, etc.

#### RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVES

Review set and collection design to simplify development while making the system more flexible. I can start a topic with my thoughts if needed (I don’t think I’ve seen any yet).

#### LAST WORLD

**Thank you for reading and for your work, a bit passionate about Anytype, I often forget to say!**

We can now filter by back link what does the job.
We can close my FR especially since I’m the only one who asked for it 😅.
(but I don’t know… as Implemented even if it’s a workaround? Or as improbable, since there’s no longer any need)
