It’d be great if when I drag an image or selected text over the Anytype window and release the mouse , it’s inserted to that part of the page the pointer is over. It works with local images, but not from the browser.
alternatives:
Copying and pasting works fine too, just a couple more clicks.
For images one could copy and paste, but since anytype can also be used as a file storage system, drag and drop is super useful for uploading files and documents into Anytype
Side note:
I just had this open: LibreWolf · GitLab
and dragged the icon into Anytype. It took the png file and saved it as a bmp in Anytype. I guess that isn’t the intended behaviour.
But not working with other filetypes I tested.
