Deleting a template content and switching tags does not bring the new template

Describe the bug

When reporting a bug report or feature request, the template remains the same if a switch is made between the tags. Even deleting the existing content does not bring the new template.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

    1. Go to create a discussion
    1. Select either Bug Report or Feature request as the tag
    1. Delete the template content in the text box
    1. Switch the tag.
    1. The new template associated with the tag does not show up.
