Date object is on roadmap 2024(Q3).

Date/time system is currently not universal across the app

> Have you ever used [Date Shortcut](https://community.anytype.io/t/time-date-shortcuts-e-g-now-today-date-etc/1646) or created your own date/journal object? If so, you might have superpowers🪄 and have travelled to another world without noticing. CURRENT PROBLEM World 1: Using date shortcut creates a link to a date object (namely the @DateShortcut Object) but it is an object exclusive to the @DateShortcut Object. User cannot link to the specific date object, even with relation type which enables linking to other objects. User also cannot edit the @DateShortcut object. World 2:…

Combine with some existing bugs, sometimes date/time shortcuts work, sometimes don’t..

The Expected Behavior ``` and Space | Create a code block Additional Context While here, I noticed this: In general the markdown-docs page should strictly use \<whatever\_symbol and Space\> Currently it is \<whatever\_symbol + Space\>, except for \* or + or - and Space | Create a bulleted list where + has a different meaning. Although one can make out, this …

Hence we need to do some workarounds to make it cater our needs, like creating sets for inputting objects for specific time. The following is one way you could mimic ‘time’ inputs. **You can include time in date relation using a set/collection.**

Instead of putting habits on the side, they are put on the top, and you would just add them as relations. And then I sort on creation date, and so when I go to create a new row (Habit Track) for the current day, it will automatically set it to the current day and go straight to the top.

Hope date time system will be online soon. (Eagerly waiting)
