Create type from New Object view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I create a new Object, I can choose which type of Object I would like it to be by filtering the list. However, if I want to create a new Object of a new Type, I need to back out of the object creation (and then delete the object as in The "add new" button should create objects only if there is something input), go to the Library, create the Type, then create the Object again.

Describe the solution you’d like
It would be great to be able to write a Type in the filter box of a new object, and if that Type doesn’t exist for there to be a button to quickly create a Type with that name.

Perfectly, this is yet another UX issue. The [Add new object] and [Library] buttons/sections should only form one.

Like the fact that if you hit Ctrl+F on the dashboard screen you have three search fields displayed on the screen, where there should be only one.

As the staff doesn’t really communicate about their intentions about the UX (or anything else really), we don’t even know if they are aware of their flaws in this domain. We can only hold on to one hope, and this unknown is deleterious.
