Crash with unstable Internet connection when downloading update on Linux

Describe the bug

Download bug stops whole application, needs to restart

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. Connect to internet with unstable connection (may hotspot and turn off mobile data to reproduce)
    1. Try to download an update
    1. See this error:

Expected behavior

Updates pauses, option to continue update, no crash of application

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Linux, Manjaro
  • Device: Lenovo Thinkpad
  • Version: 0.18.54 and earlier too, newer not already tested
