Command list jumps to top of the page when adding a bookmark

Describe the bug

I noticed an odd behaviour with the command list (the list which has all the possible ‘blocks’ that be inserted, triggered by clicking on the plus near the left of the line or using /) when adding a new URL as a bookmark.

When a new line is added by clicking on the yellow/orange add button, a new line is added and the command list appears. Pasting a URL link and creating a bookmark from it will result in the command list jumping to the top of the page. For clarity, please see the screen recording below.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

    1. Add a new line by clicking on the add icon when the mouse is near the left side of the page.
    1. Paste a link, and then select ‘Create bookmark’.
    1. The command list unexpectedly jumps to the top of the page.

Expected behaviour

I had expected for the command list to disappear since the bookmark replaces the existing new line; that said, I believe that the fact that the bookmark replaces the line may have something to do with this bug.

  • OS: macOS 11.5.2 (Big Sur)
  • Device: MacBook Pro
  • Version: 0.18.59

This seems to be fixed in the current release.
