Clicking reload object content on Vimeo source url replaces object content with error message:

“Oops! Something went wrong. To continue, contact our support team and copy & paste the following details: Code: W4A0F6 Client IP: 82.168.153.59 Ray ID: 77d818d91f2b1b04”

How-to reproduce


  1. Go to Vimeo / Something went wrong / class notes
  2. Click on ‘Source URL’
  3. In modal, press ‘reload object content’
  4. See error

Result


Not sure what was supposed to happen and if the error is related to Vimeo being embedded here or if it’s related to anytype itself. Just trying stuff out and clicking stuff.

This bug is similar to Impossible to paste a link as bookmark but on mobile with slightly different result. Can you check your desktop version to see if you encounter the same issue?

Hey, @eyduh, thanks for reporting. this issue might be related to you not having Internet connection. I notice that your wifi icon has exclamation sign. That might be the case? We need to establish Internet connection to refresh source, since the source in this case is not local, but external (web).

That’s a 5, as in 5G, not an exclamation mark.

If it was due to no internet it shouldn’t update the object and replace properties with error messages but rather prompt the user.
