WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND
In the new Library design, I think there should be a clearer distinction between installed and not installed Relations.
HOW COULD IT BE DONE
A different colored button for installed vs not installed, for example green-ish for installed, blue for not installed (or grey for one of those).
REAL WORLD USE CASES
When you have many Relations on the screen, it is not clearly visible which ones are installed and which ones are not because the difference between the + and the 
are not so big.
RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVES
Group the installed Relations at the top or bottom, or just hide them from the Library page as they can be found in the My relations tab.
