When using drag and drop to move blocks and trying to move the to a place not in the view the editor is scrolling automatically. This seems to only work downwards.
The automatic scrolling should work in both directions

The Problem
Currently, when a block is being moved from one part of an object to another, the user must wait for Anytype to automatically scroll up/down as they are holding down/dragging the block. When working with very long objects, this process may take a while:
